About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Larkin Palm Springs Campus, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in a healthcare setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting their independence. You will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans and monitor patient progress. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Florida
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Help patients with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and positioning.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition.
