About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Health Care Services industry, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals in various healthcare settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, educate patients and their families, and advocate for their health and safety. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care or specialty areas.
• Certification in a nursing specialty (e.g., Critical Care, Psychiatry).
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
