Stroke Coordinator, Full Time

Position Summary:

The Stroke Coordinator, under the direction of the QMO, is a licensed professional nurse that works collaboratively with the health care team, is customer focused and strives to meet unit and hospital goals in order to promote quality care for the stroke patients.

Position Qualification:

  Five or more years of clinical experience in ED, Critical Care, or Neuro ICU Unit.
  Basic computer knowledge.
  Knowledge of general nursing theories and practice.
  Experience in data collection, entry and analysis required.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Graduate from an approved nursing educational program as defined by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN)

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  Current state Registered Nurse Licensure
  ACLS and BLS certification
