Job DetailsJob Location: Century Chair Plant 3 - Hickory, NC 28601Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DaySummary Job Description This position is responsible for operating the CNC Router (Shoda) to produce high end furniture parts. Essential Duties Responsible for operating the CNC Router using programmed instructions Sets up router to ensure parts are produced correctly, according to specifications Makes minor adjustments to the machine Installs correct tooling for each job Counts and final inspects part for quality Performs maintenance on router per PM list Must follow all safety policies and procedures Works as part of a team to meet or exceed production goals QualificationsPosition Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous machine operating experience required Experience with woodworking machines for frame parts or veneered parts a plus Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
