Summary of Performance Expectations:

Performs a variety of secretarial, receptionist and administrative support services for the President, Vice Presidents and AVP’s. Demonstrates ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between the President and CEO and other executives with constituencies, both internal and external.

Education and Credentials:

Required

Associate degree in Office Technology or a related field or equivalent training/experience.

Work Experience:

Required

Five or more years in an executive environment utilizing word-processing and spreadsheet applications, basic accounting procedures, and requiring public relations and advanced administrative skills. Performs all job functions with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.

Preferred

Healthcare experience. A successful track record of increasingly responsible and complex positions.
