What is an Operator (Fillout)?

The Operator (Fillout) is responsible for packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment in accordance with company standards and customer specifications. This role ensures accurate filling of containers, proper labeling, and safe handling of materials while supporting efficient production flow. The position plays a critical role in final product quality, order accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

What You Can Expect to Do as an Operator (Fillout):

• Fill containers with finished products according to specifications and procedures
• Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment
• Verify product identity, batch numbers, and packaging accuracy
• Operate fillout and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure product and packaging standards are met
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Handle materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to leads and supervisors

What We Are Looking For in an Operator (Fillout):

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks
