What You’ll Do:

The Warehouse Lead supports warehouse operations by helping to receive, store, and distribute inventory and supplies. This role works closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The Warehouse Lead serves as a point of contact for team members on the floor and assists with training, scheduling, and maintaining operational standards across departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper receiving, storing, and order fulfillment
  • Help identify inventory variances and support corrective actions
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
  • Provide daily support and direction to warehouse team members
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
  • Support management in communicating job expectations and monitoring work progress
  • Help conduct safety huddles and reinforce safety procedures among the team
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on operational concerns
  • Promote and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
  • Generate and review inventory reports (e.g., on-hand/no-bin reports) as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and warehouse supervisors or managers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2)+ years’ experience with truck parts
  • Forklift certified
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring warehouse team members
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Dispatch experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of warehouse layout and storage optimization
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of mechanical parts, supplies, and equipment
  • Awareness of safety protocols and commitment to a safe work environment
  • Proficient in basic computer applications; data entry and typing skills a plus

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. 
  • Must be able to pass post offer drug test, and physical 

Compensation:

  • $20-$25/hr. depending on experience level and Certifications
  • Plus Warehouse Bonus Incentive
  • Full-Time Position
