The purpose of this seasonal position is to work with repair department personnel, supporting the day to day operations of the repair operations and refurbishment operations teams.

 

Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):

  • Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely manner
  • First line support for tracker for the repair shops
  • Assist in preparing unbilled repair report
  • Assist in updating repairs within tracker
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes from those meetings and distribute accordingly
  • Maintaining file system of invoices
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Needs basic knowledge of Musical instrument types.
  • Able to lift up to 70 Ibs.
