We are currently seeking a Full-Time Central Station Operator to join our Central Station team in Hicksville, NY.
As a Central Station Operator, you will monitor fire, burglar, and medical alarm systems from our centralized facility to help ensure customer safety and protect their property. This position involves reviewing incoming alarm signals, verifying activations, and coordinating appropriate responses with emergency services, including Police, Fire, and EMS when necessary.
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST (Evening Shift)
Days Off: Wednesday and Thursday
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Undergo a background check (Having a criminal history does not automatically disqualify anyone from being hired.)
