Float Account Representative

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making them feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless banking experience every time.
• Listen actively to customers' needs and offer personalized solutions that meet their financial goals.
• Educate customers on our products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions about their finances.
• Be a proactive problem-solver, addressing customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive work environment and exceed customer service goals.
• Travel to other branches (Hicksville, Grabill, Auburn & Edgerton) to help with coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with banking operations.
• A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
• Reliable transportation to and from all work locations.
