Job Summary
A Senior Mobile Technician works under limited supervision and performs maintenance services and repairs in a complex, skilled area including but not limited to; plumbing, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs and/or installations. Responsible for conducting daily inspections of property sidewalks and parking lots/grounds and performs minor repairs and maintenance to maintain a safe facility.Ā
Job Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESĀ Ā
Performs routine site inspections toĀ identifyĀ and take corrective action for potential safety concerns,Ā referringĀ more complex situations to higher levels.Ā
AssistsĀ others by performing a variety of routine manual labor tasks including but not limitedĀ to;Ā lifting and moving materials,Ā loadingĀ and unloading vehicles.Ā Ā MayĀ assistĀ with office moves and staff relocation.Ā
Performs skilled work in general maintenance and minor repair of buildings and equipment including repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities.Ā Ā Ā
PreservesĀ appearanceĀ ofĀ facilityĀ by performing routine exterior cleaning ofĀ sidewalkĀ and parking lot.Ā
Keeps facility and office safe from casualties by removing any obstruction, parcels or debris from walkways and doorways.Ā
Assesses maintenance and repair, referringĀ complex situations to higher levels.Ā Ā Ā
Trains, assigns tasks, and provides guidance and leadership toĀ lower levelĀ General Maintenance Technicians.Ā Ā Ā
Applies mastery of skills throughĀ procedures, technique, tools, materials, and/or equipment asĀ appropriate toĀ area of specialization.Ā Ā Ā
Conducts routineĀ inspections toĀ determineĀ maintenanceĀ workĀ required.Ā
Maintains,Ā inspectsĀ andĀ inventoriesĀ all equipmentĀ toĀ insureĀ safe and efficient operation.Ā Ā Ā
May act as a liaison with outside vendors.Ā Ā Ā
RequisitionsĀ new supplies and equipment.Ā Ā
Compiles schedules for special assignments.Ā
Maintains knowledge of and performs all workĀ in accordance withĀ OSHA guidelines.Ā
Participates in internal and/or outside training as mandated by management.Ā Ā

Required Qualifications:Ā
Education levelĀ required:Ā āHigh School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalentā.Ā Ā Ā
Minimum experienceĀ required:Ā ā4+ YearsāĀ conducting buildingĀ repair and maintenanceĀ work.Ā
Ā
Preferred Qualifications:Ā
Maintenance facilities experience inĀ a seniorĀ or lead level capacity.Ā
Ā
Job Competencies:Ā
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.Ā Ā
Knowledge of, and the ability to apply mastery of skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment asĀ appropriate toĀ area of specialization.Ā Ā Ā
Knowledge of safetyĀ procedures asĀ related to maintenance functions.Ā
Knowledge of OSHA guidelines.Ā
Strong mechanical skills.Ā
Computer literate with basicĀ proficiencyĀ in internet navigation, word processing, spreadsheet applications.Ā
Good communication, coordination, customerĀ serviceĀ and leadership skills.Ā
MustĀ possessĀ a valid driverās license withĀ a good drivingĀ record.Ā
Ability to drive a company-owned vehicle to various geographic locations as assigned.Ā
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Ā Ā Ā
Ability to lift and carry up to 50Ā lbsĀ unassisted orĀ assistingĀ others (with or without) using mechanical equipment.Ā Ā
Ability to work in an environment with exposure to dust,Ā dirtĀ and various weather conditions.Ā
Ability to occasionally work outside andĀ operateĀ seasonal equipment (e.g.Ā snow blower, grass cutter, gas generators).Ā
Ability to work āon-callā and/or a flexibleĀ scheduleĀ as necessary.Ā
Expected to travel to corporate offices and/or branch locations in assigned footprintĀ
