Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers

Location: Environmental Air Systems (EAS)– 250 Swathmore Ave, High Point, NC
Job Type: (1) Full-Time & (2) Part-Time unarmed security officers  

Salary: Full-time: $20/hr ($41,600 plus benefits); Part-Time ($16,640-$19,040 w/o benefits)

Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday); Part-time (every Saturday & Sunday, weeknights and holidays as needed); Hours: 9pm-5am.

We are currently seeking (1) Full-time and (2) Part-time Security Officers to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets located in the Triad area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol multiple premises to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity.

• Work independently, maintaining a strong security presence throughout the facilities.

• Write detailed incident reports and daily logs with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Operate security equipment, including surveillance cameras, access control systems and vehicles.

• Conduct routine inspections of doors, gates, and alarm systems to ensure functionality.

• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees, visitors, and law enforcement.

• Utilize computer systems for report writing, access control, and communication.

Requirements:

• Prior experience (5+ years) in security, law enforcement, or military preferred; not necessary

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Must have a good driving record and be able to operate company vehicles as needed

• Basic computer skills  

• Ability to work overnight shifts and drive during late night hours

• Criminal background checks
