Job Overview:Â
The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving operational performance, process standardization, and continuous improvement across all sites within the assigned region. This role ensures alignment with corporate CI strategy while tailoring execution to regional operational needs. The Regional CI Manager leads high-impact improvement initiatives, supports Industry 4.0 deployment, and fosters a culture of disciplined, data-driven problem solving.

 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional CI roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
- Lead, coach, and support improvement initiatives across regional facilities.
- Drive adoption and compliance of the Best Practice Database.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Facilitate Tiger Team activities and operational standardization efforts.
- Support Industry 4.0 deployments, including AGVs, automated scanning, and labor-saving solutions.
- Standardize KPIs, workflows, and performance measurement processes.
- Conduct operational assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Track, validate, and communicate project savings and performance results (CIP budget numbers).
- Provide training and mentoring to leaders and frontline employees.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt highly desirable.
- 5+ years experience in operations, OPEX, or continuous improvement roles.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel up to 70%
