Weekend & Monday Day Shift
Schedule:
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do
As a Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve and maintain their highest level of functioning while fostering a safe, comfortable, and positive living environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
- Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in daily activities.
- Follow physician orders, care plans, company policies, and state and federal regulations.
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being at all times.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred.
Certifications
- Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
- Current CNA certification in good standing.
- Completion of all required in-service training.
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to Department of Labor regulations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.
