Requirements

Responsibilities

· Inspect finished furniture for defects or damage prior to packaging

· Wrap, pad, box, and secure furniture using protective materials

· Apply correct labels, tags, and shipping documentation

· Assemble boxes as needed

· Follow packing specifications and customer-specific requirements

· Operate hand tools, tape machines, and packaging equipment

· Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Assist with loading packages onto trucks

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Must be able to lift heavy furniture consistently up to 50lbs.

· Experience in packing and shipping office furniture a plus.
