Memory Care Care Staff – Second Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to residents with memory impairments
- Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
- Document care provided accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of care and resident satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, or hospital settings preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of memory care needs and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus
