Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Support students in achieving communication goals that enhance classroom participation and learning




Requirements

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington
• Current ESA certification required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
