• Location/Work Type: Lindsay St, High Point, NC 27262 (On-site Location)

• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM | 40 hrs/week)

• Requirements/Qualifications: 1 year of cleaning/janitorial experience required; leadership capabilities; must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively.

• Bonuses/Perks: Great $20.00/hr pay rate, early 5 AM daytime schedule, off by 1:00 PM daily, weekend-free work, weekly pay with Pay on Demand, and full benefits access!

What You’ll Do As a Janitorial Working Supervisor on our team, you lead by example while keeping our client's facility fresh, stocked, and running smoothly! Your daily janitorial supervisor routine brings leadership and structure as your tasks include:

• Leading hands-on cleaning, restocking restrooms, and managing supply inventories.

• Pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring quality control.

• Working alongside your team as a hands-on cleaning supervisor and executing duties as assigned.

What You Bring To The Team

• Minimum 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or day porter experience with leadership drive.

• Strong communication, reliability, attention to detail, and safety focus.

• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
