The Opportunity:
CACI’s Enterprise IT Line of Business is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the federal programs with the DoD in High Point, NC.

In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact (POC) for all program activities, providing strategic direction and overseeing delivery, execution, and program financials. You will have full responsibility and authority for all aspects of contract execution, leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of IT solutions supporting DoD network modernization programs (U.S. Air Force/ Army / Navy).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire performance of the CACI prime contract, including technical, schedule, budget, and personnel requirements.

  • Oversee all areas of the program such as resources, subcontractors, financials, schedule, risk, and client satisfaction.

  • Lead a team of over 100 direct labor and partner FTEs responsible for solution design, development, and sustainment of the Network/System.

  • Serve as the single corporate representative for overall contract performance and contribute to internal CACI monthly leadership meetings.

  • Work directly with client executives to ensure mission and delivery success through enterprise development consolidation.

  • Coordinate with internal functional teams to identify and fulfill staffing requirements to meet customer objectives.

  • Lead growth activities on the existing work and for adjacent opportunities within the DoD space.

  • Provide periodic program updates to the customer, including quarterly program reviews capturing technical and program execution.

  • Proactively identify risks and develop and execute mitigation strategies in partnership with customer representatives.

  • Form and foster customer relationships to develop strategies and plans to advance and grow the program, translating customer mission needs into program strategies and requirements.


Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Secret security clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study

  • 8+ years of related work experience leading large-scale network modernization programs

  • At least 5 years of program or team leadership experience delivering Enterprise IT solutions

  • Prior experience as a PM or Deputy PM managing programs, or a portfolio of programs, with annual revenue >$25 million or similar scale and complexity

  • Experience managing Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and T&M contract delivery types 

  • Ability to drive contract performance and growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality of delivery.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution

  • High degree of attention to detail and organization skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining cooperative, force multiplying relationships with peers within the company

  • PMP certified and/or relevant industry certification(s)


Desired:

  • Prior experience leading and managing large programs for DoD or Federal customers

  • Large scale network modernization expertise and success
