The Opportunity:
CACI’s Enterprise IT (EIT) Sector is seeking a multi-disciplined Computer Security Systems Specialist in support of the Army Comprehensive Modernization program. You will provide cybersecurity engineering support across secure enclave environments, overseeing RMF-aligned cybersecurity site survey, design and implementation activities, you’ll contribute to delivering high-performance, secure and modern network solutions that enhance mission readiness across Army CONUS locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and defines security requirements for Multilevel Security (MLS) issues.

  • Designs, develops, engineers and implements solutions to MLS requirements.

  • Responsible for the implementation and development of the MLS.

  • Gathers and organizes technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the MLS arena.

  • Performs risk analyses which also includes risk assessment.

  • Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.

  • Provides technical support for secure software development and integration tasks, including reviewing work products for correctness and adhering to the design concept and to user standards.

  • Knowledgeable of Security/Information Assurance (IA) products such as PKI, VPN, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

  • Analyzes and recommends resolution of security/IA problems based on knowledge of the major IA products and services, an understanding of their limitations, and knowledge of the IA disciplines.

  • Interface with system admins, engineers, and security managers to ensure network components meet all accreditation and operational security requirements under the DoDI 8140.03 framework.

  • Implement cybersecurity requirements aligned to overall architecture.

  • Conduct vulnerability scanning and analysis of systems and tools. Formulates and implements security certification methods for COMPMOD TOs.

  • Provides daily supervision and direction to staff

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • US citizen with Top Secret clearance, must be SCI eligible

  • Technical bachelor’s degree and 5 years of applicable experience (High School diploma or associate degree plus 7 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer for large, complex programs/systems may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree)

  • DoDI 8140.03 IAM Level III certification (CISSP, CISM)

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
     

Desired:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Experience working on DoD programs

  • Prior work experience in cyber security design
