As an LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering personalized nursing care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and helping create a safe, comfortable, and caring community.

What You'll Do

✅ Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory requirements.

✅ Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident responses.

✅ Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions to the RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and healthcare providers.

✅ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

✅ Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.

✅ Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, therapists, and physicians to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

✅ Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members.

✅ Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and standards.

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.

Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required.
  • Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Licensure & Certifications

  • Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Current CPR certification.
