What You’ll Do

As a Shift Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—leading with purpose and creating a REMARKABLE experience for every guest!

• Coach, support & develop team members daily
• Set the tone for excellence in service, cleanliness & food quality
• ❤️ Lead with positivity and a servant-hearted mindset
• ⚡ Run smooth, efficient shifts in a high-energy environment
• ️ Ensure food safety & health standards are always met
• Build a culture of accountability, growth & continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience (restaurant or similar)
• Strong leadership & team development skills
• ❤️ Passion for serving and developing others
• Driven, proactive & solution-oriented mindset
• Goal-focused with a results-driven attitude
• ️ Confident communicator (even in high-pressure situations)
• Comfortable with basic computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge of food safety standards (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License

⏰ Work Details

• Full-time Hours Available (40–45 hours/week)
• In-person at Chick-fil-A Mayfield Heights
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings & Saturdays
