The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing Receiving, First Piece, and In-Process Inspections to ensure materials and products meet customer blueprint requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining acceptable quality levels throughout the manufacturing process and ensuring compliance with established standards.聽
Requirements

Job Requirements:
路 Perform Receiving, 1st Piece and In-Process Inspections for work in process.
路 聽Verify and document that materials are manufactured to customer-supplied blueprints
路 Use precision measuring equipment (Micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.) to perform mechanical inspections of metal parts.
路 Apply working knowledge of shop math, trigonometry, and Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD & T) in daily inspections.聽
路 Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation compliance with quality standards.聽
路 Support adherence to ISO 9001 quality system requirements
路 Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
路 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
路 Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques
路 Strong understanding of shop math, trigonometry and GD&T.
路 Prior experience in an ISO 9001 quality system environment preferred
路 Computer literacy with working knowledge pf Microsoft Office
路 Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.聽
