THE ROLE

You'll be the first person every client sees and the last voice they hear. The Receptionist at JÜV sets the tone for the entire experience — warm, organized, and polished. You'll manage the front desk, handle scheduling, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet every client with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using Boulevard
  • Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with client intake and treatment preparation
  • Support providers and administrative staff as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
  • Uphold client confidentiality and service standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or a spa/medical office preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with scheduling systems (Boulevard experience is a plus) and basic computer skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Interest in wellness, skincare, or aesthetics is a plus

SCHEDULE

Full-time. Weekday and weekend availability required.
