POSITION OVERVIEW

AriZona Beverages is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Branded Merchandise & Apparel Sourcing Manager to oversee the sourcing, development and procurement of AriZona-branded apparel, merchandise, promotional products and point-of-sale items.

This person will manage products from concept and artwork through sourcing, costing, sampling, production, freight and delivery, working with multiple domestic and international vendors.

Products include custom apparel such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, jackets, sweatpants and swimwear, as well as drinkware, hats, bags, notebooks, lanyards, promotional products and other custom branded merchandise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and develop apparel, merchandise, promotionalproductsand POS materials from domestic and international suppliers.
• Identifyand qualify new vendors whilemaintainingmultiple competitive sourcing options for key products.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to align orders with seasonal calendars, marketing timelines, and inventory needs.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and the creative team to ensure artwork, branding, and production specs areaccurateand approved prior to placing orders.
• Solicit bids, negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times and production terms, andmaintainaccurateproduct and landed-cost information.
• Manage products frominitialconcept through samples, approvals,productionand final delivery.
• Coordinate withAriZona'screative teams and outside vendors to ensure digital artwork, logos, colors,placementand decoration techniques are properly executed.
• Manage multiple vendors, purchase orders, productionschedulesand projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate international and domestic freight whilemonitoringlead times, duties,tariffsand overalllandedcosts.
• Maintain an organized catalog of products, vendors, costs, specifications, artwork, inventorylevelsand reorder information.
• Monitor vendor performance for quality, cost,responsivenessand on-time delivery.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and suppliers, including international vendorsoperatingacross multiple time zones.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of relevant experiencein merchandise sourcing, apparel production, promotional products,procurementor product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience sourcing andpurchasingphysical products from multiple vendors.
• Experience working with domestic and international manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong negotiation,project-managementand organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with digital artwork, productionproofsand graphic files.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills with the ability to manage detailed product and costing information.
• Understanding ofapparel decoration methods such as screen printing, embroidery, heattransferand sublimation preferred.
• Knowledge of international freight, duties,tariffsand landed-cost calculations preferred.
• Ability to managenumerousprojects,SKUsand deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be able to workfull-time, five days per week inAriZona'sSyosset, NY office.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver and strong negotiator who can take a product from an idea to a finished item. They are highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable maintiaing the status of multiple in-flight projects, balancing cost, quality, creativity and delivery timing while managing multiple vendors and projects. Strong communication skills are required for this role.

Experience in branded merchandise, apparel, promotional products, consumer goods or a related industry is strongly preferred.
