We are continuing to grow, and are looking for a Trainer to join our team.


For this role we may consider remote employment based on a number of factors including candidate location.

Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating training programs. Writes literature and materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance delivery of training. Conduct training on the Clever Devices software product suite and equipment maintenance for both external transit and internal Clever Devices personnel.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, conduct, and maintain technical training programs.
  • Assess training needs and certification requirements.
  • Deploy training to targeted personnel including internal technical teams.
  • Prepare training material and classroom agenda.
  • Provide end user training for client.
  • Conduct presentations and webinars.
  • Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
  • Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.
  • Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
  • Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
  • Test process with different subjects.
  • Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.

 

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • 5+ years technical training experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree: CIS, or  Computer Science preferred.
  • Presenting technical information
  • Presentation skills
  • Thorough understanding of the English language and its proper use
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel 50-60%
