We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Nurse Practitioner / Traveling Nurse. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable traveling, and is committed to delivering exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, examinations, and follow-up visits
  • Diagnose and manage common medical conditions within scope of practice
  • Administer treatments and medications as appropriate
  • Travel to assigned healthcare facilities, clinics locations
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans when needed
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
  • Support telehealth consultations when required

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Relevant certifications and clinical credentials
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, home health, or related settings preferred
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
  • CPR/BLS certification required
