Order Fulfillment Associate- evening

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE 

AriZona Beverages USA seeks to add an Order Fulfillment Associate to work in our Direct-to-Consumer distribution center in Woodbury, Long Island, New York. This is an evening shift with hours from 4:00pm-12:00am, Monday through Friday.

We are seeking someone energetic, with an innovative mind to bring positive change to our facility and processes. This fulfillment center handles a wide array of AriZona clothing, merchandise, food, and beverage products which are shipped directly to our e-commerce customers. 

This role handles all aspects of fulfillment including receiving, inspecting, and counting new products, gathering inventory, tagging, labeling and put-away, as well as packing and shipping of online orders.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Order Fulfillment:Fulfill daily retail orders; pickitems from inventory needed for current orders and then pack orders accurately and quickly to ensure customer satisfaction:

• Use pick lists to physically pick inventory fromproduct bins.
• Double check that all quantities and styles picked match what is listed on the order.
• Pack items in a shipping box or polybag in a way that is neat, safe, organized, and efficient.
• Purchase postage using Ship Station software and ensure packages are sent with the most efficient and cost-effective carrier; FedEx/USPS

• Receiving and Put-Away: 

• Receive newproducts, count and tag items and enter accurate inventory into management software.
• Restock items on shelves, as needed.

• Organization and Inventory Management:

• Organize stock, inventory counts and maintain proper stock ofsupplies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate for the repacking of product to different sizes and configurations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and positivea ttitude.
• Experience directly working in order fulfillment desired.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel is a must.
• Experience working with Shipstation or similar shipping software a plus.
• Must be able to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods oftime.
• 1-Year of experience working retail or packing/ fulfilling orders for shipping.
• Workison-site in our Woodbury (Long Island) NY facility.
