We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team as Vehicle Fleet and Shop Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining and organizing our company vehicles, trailers, shop/warehouse department, assisting with deliveries and various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance
- Schedule and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs for company vehicles
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Safely load, unload, and pull 20-foot trailers
- Maintain the shop in a clean, organized, and operational condition
- Monitor inventory and help keep parts and materials properly organized
- Make company deliveries and pick up materials or equipment as needed
- General handyman tasks and facility maintenanceÂ
- Assist with other general company needs and projects as required
- Experience operating a snow plow and or Bobcat is a plus
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and general mechanical tasks
- Comfortable performing hands-on work and general maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed
