Our bartenders are warm and outgoing and are as comfortable with our members and their guests as they are with mixing consistent, delicious drinks and providing gracious service. Our members think of the Club as their home away from home; they appreciate our employees and want to be respected, recognized, and taken care of during their time here.   This is not a typical bar environment, as a Bartender at Exmoor Country Club, you will not only tend the bar, but you will serve food and help where needed within the food & beverage outlets. If you know the difference between those two terms and enjoy delivering both, this might be a great opportunity for you!    The Potential Candidate We are seeking a candidate with a passion for bartending, demonstrated experience in creating a warm atmosphere, and strong multi-tasking skills. They should excel in both team settings and when working independently, possessing a unique blend of charisma, professionalism, and expertise in mixology. A solid background in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is required, bringing a wealth of experience in crafting exceptional cocktails, and providing top-notch customer service.   The candidate's friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills are well-suited for the social environment of a country club, where cultivating a warm atmosphere is paramount.
