The Bistro supports daily restaurant operations by assisting with customer service, order management, reservations, and administrative tasks using AI-powered tools. This role helps improve efficiency, enhance the guest experience, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while working closely with the restaurant team

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.

Comfortable using computers, tablets, and AI-powered software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
