This role is responsible for the profitability of each restaurant in the assigned district.

Job Duties:

  • Provide hands-on training and operational support to Owner/Operators, restaurant managers and restaurant teams.
  • Create and follow up on action plans to build sales and increase profitability of each restaurant in assigned district. 
  • Conduct operational, food safety, and brand compliance audits across assigned locations.
  • Coach restaurant leadership on operational standards and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Monitor training and compliance certifications and ensure compliance with company, state and local operational requirements.
  • Support the execution of company initiatives while ensuring consistent brand standards.
  • Identify and document operational, quality, and food safety issues, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed audit reports and communicate findings with franchisees and field leadership. Collaborate on corrective action plans, following up as necessary. 
  • Provide operational support for new store openings, special projects, and company events as assigned.
  • Travel regularly throughout the assigned district or region to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations or field operations management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, quality assurance, and operational compliance.
  • Experience conducting operational audits and coaching restaurant leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant operations technology.
