Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this in-office role, you'll lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, and in-store channels.

Using your expertise in graphic design, branding, and digital media, you'll create compelling marketing materials that engage audiences and strengthen brand presence. If you're passionate about design and creative problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (60%)

  • Design and produce brand-consistent marketing materials across print, digital, social, outdoor, and in-store channels.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with business objectives, campaign strategies, and customer needs.
  • Manage projects from concept through production, including branding, asset creation, photo/video support, print preparation, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, design guidelines, and production specifications across all deliverables.

Support & Communication (40%)

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and marketing materials that support brand, campaign, and business objectives.
  • Manage projects from concept through production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver marketing, promotional, packaging, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and organized creative assets.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and application of visual design principles including typography, color theory, and composition skills
  • Working knowledge of the pre-press production process, including knowledge of graphic/image preparation for print, digital, web, and broadcast
  • 3+ years experience
  • Must provide a portfolio link
  • Food and Restaurant desired but not required.
  • This is an in-office role. No relocation allowance is given
