Ready to take the next step in your teaching journey? We’re seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join a supportive Texas school community for the current school year. This opportunity is ideal for an educator who is driven to make a meaningful difference while helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

In this role, you will provide individualized instruction and accommodation that help students access the general education curriculum and reach their full potential. You’ll take the lead on developing and implementing IEPs, using data and progress monitoring to guide instruction and ensure student growth. Collaboration is key—working closely with general education teachers, specialists, administrators, and families to create consistency and success across learning environments.

Through thoughtful differentiation and evidence-based practices, you’ll help foster a classroom culture that supports independence, confidence, and achievement for all learners.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting.
  • Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with student goals.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid Texas teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement.
  • Completion of an approved Special Education teacher preparation program.
