- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in HVAC installation and.
- Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
- Ability to withstand summer heat.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
