Job DetailsJob Location: Highland , NY 12528Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 HourlyRocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking an experienced Prep Cook. We are hiring for afternoon/evening shifts. Weekend availability is required. The ideal candidate must: Be able to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen, serving up to 500 guests per meal Have high sanitation standards Have a flexible work schedule including weekends and all major holidays Be a strong team player who works in conjunction and cohesively with others and under the direction of the Executive Chef Have a passion for cooking & strong sense of pride Ability to follow established standard recipes Exhibit a positive can do attitude at all times Communicate in English effectively Possess at least 2 years of prep/line experience Competitive salary, as well as a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, 401k & profit sharing, meals, paid time off.
