Job DetailsJob Location: Highland , NY 12528Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 HourlyRocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning, all-inclusive resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking a driven, service oriented and detailed Manager on Duty. You will be the point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors during MOD shifts (4pm-12am, 1-2 shifts per week) and Overnight Security shifts (11pm-7am, 2-4 shifts per week).  Responsibilities Lead/assist department heads in managing the property in the evenings, ensuring all SOPs and closing procedures are followed Maintain cleanliness of lobby, public areas, and facilities Direct and support the Housekeeping department with requests  Handle all guest interactions, escalating to the General Manager as needed Assist in preparing areas and departments for next day operations Inspect all shutdown areas and procedures for company policy and conformance  Support and communicate with the front desk team on guest arrivals, incoming reservation calls, special services, VIPs, and other needs Maintain staff relations, upholding all team members to the employee handbook Ensure proper documentation on all injuries and administered First Aid First Responder to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and facility maintenance emergences; communicate with management team, guests, staff, and emergency responders as needed Complete end of night reporting, checklists, and forms QualificationsQualifications  Prior hotel management experience Certification in CPR & First Aid  (training provided on site) Recreational and pool knowledge preferred  Strong organizational, communication, written, and interpersonal skills Impeccable attention to detail Strong work ethic, adept at multitasking, and a true team player
