Ā Job Summary
A Sense of Autism is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing ABA therapy team. This position involves working directly with children with autism spectrum disorder to help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive clinical environment.

ResponsibilitiesĀ 
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
  • Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers
  • Participate in training and supervision meetings
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Qualifications
  • RBT certification preferred but not required
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Willingness to obtain RBT certification (training provided if needed)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism
  • Ability to actively engage with children during sessions
