Compensation & Benefits 

  • $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring 

  • Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)  
  • Experience in direct clinical care 
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 
  • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment 

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care  
  • Work with adults, young adults, and/or children  
  • Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions  
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation
