Job DetailsJob Location: HIGHLANDS, NC 28741The Barback supports the Bartending team in delivering exceptional service to guests across all Food & Beverage outlets at Old Edwards Hospitality Group. This role is responsible for ensuring bar areas remain fully stocked, clean, and well-organized throughout service, contributing to efficient operations and an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Stand and walk for extended periods during service. Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware throughout the shift. Clean and maintain bar areas, including countertops, sinks, equipment, and tools. Empty trash receptacles and keep all bar spaces free of clutter. Assist with preparation of garnishes and bar setup prior to service. Support Bartenders during high-volume periods with restocking and service needs. Monitor and maintain inventory levels throughout the shift. Follow all ABC regulations, sanitation guidelines, and company safety standards. Assist with bar closing procedures such as cleaning, restocking, and breakdown. Change kegs and replenish ice bins as needed. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and communicate effectively with staff. Respond promptly to requests from Bartenders and Managers. Qualifications Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work efficiently. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in a fast-paced environment. Positive, team-focused demeanor with strong communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and assist wherever needed.
