All cooks are key members of our culinary team, responsible for making sure dishes go to our customers efficiently and correctly. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS | - Prepare dishes according to company recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
- Accurately read, measure, and execute recipes.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail in all food prepared.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to coordinate service.
- Assist other team members with cooking and preparation as needed to meet service demands.

QUALIFICATIONS | Qualifications - Experience in the culinary field.
- Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent (preferred).
- Passion for cooking, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality, teamwork, and a positive work ethic.
- 2 years sauté, grill cook experience required
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure.
Skills - Apply culinary techniques and knowledge of food safety and sanitation to prepare high-quality dishes.
- Ensure timely and efficient meal preparation in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve kitchen goals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS | - Stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (pots, pans, boxes of supplies).
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and navigate tight spaces.
- Maintain manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for food preparation.
- Work effectively in a hot, fast-paced environment near ovens and stoves.
- Read recipes and monitor food quality with visual accuracy.
- Communicate clearly with team members.
