Communications Marketing Manager

Location: In Office, Clearwater, FL

Reporting to: Senior Director of Marketing

FASTer Way is hiring a Marketing Communications Manager, but not in the traditional sense.

We are looking for someone who understands how AI is changing how brands communicate and knows how to use it to move faster, personalize better, and drive results.

This role sits at the center of how we show up to our customers every day across email, SMS, and lifecycle touchpoints.

You will not just manage campaigns.You will build smarter, faster ways to create and deliver them.

What this role requires:

  • Someone who uses AI tools daily to write, test, and optimize messaging
  • Someone who can increase output without sacrificing quality
  • Someone who sees automation and personalization as a system to build, not tasks to complete

You will:

  • Own email and SMS execution end-to-end
  • Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows
  • Use AI to improve speed, testing, and performance
  • Turn insights into better messaging quickly

This is not for someone who:

  • Just follows a campaign calendar
  • Needs heavy direction to execute
  • Uses AI occasionally but not deeply

This is for someone who:

  • Is energized by speed, iteration, and improvement
  • Loves getting into the details and making things better
  • Is already experimenting with AI in their daily work
