The Senior Specialist, Engineering supports the onsite execution of capital projects in manufacturing environments. This role works closely with engineering, operations, and contractor teams to ensure equipment and systems are installed safely, meet quality standards, and are ready for commissioning and startup.Â
This position is ideal for an experienced engineering professional who enjoys hands-on field work, problem-solving, and collaborating across teams in fast-paced environments.Â
What You'll DoÂ

Support installation, commissioning, and startup of capital equipment and systemsÂ

Coordinate contractor and supplier activities onsiteÂ

Maintain consistent presence on the manufacturing floor or construction job siteÂ

Assess installation quality and mechanical readinessÂ

Serve as a liaison between engineering, plant teams, and contractorsÂ

Promote strong safety, GMP, and food safety practicesÂ

What You BringÂ

Experience supporting onsite execution of capital projects in manufacturing or industrial environmentsÂ

Several years of relevant handson experience in manufacturing, maintenance, utilities, or capital project execution rolesÂ

Strong mechanical aptitude and practical field execution capabilityÂ

Formal Education in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely-related technical discipline is beneficial when paired with relevant field experienceÂ
