Description

 RK Pharma Inc, a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company headquartered in NJ, is seeking an Logistics Associate to work with our growing Supply Chain Team  as we scale towards commercial manufacturing in the next upcoming months.? As a company focused on the development, manufacturing and sale of high quality and affordable generic pharmaceutical products worldwide we are looking for sharp, driven, self-directed individuals to help us grow our mid-stage start-up team.
 

This position is located in East Windsor, NJ and is required to be onsite. 

Requirements

If this sounds interesting to you, it’s probably because up to this point you have:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. 
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or warehouse operations within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment. 
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, GDP, FDA, and DOT regulations governing material storage and distribution. 
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP). 
  • Familiarity with temperature-controlled shipping, import/export documentation, and carrier coordination. 
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and documentation accuracy. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining compliance and quality standards. 


The main expectations and responsibilities for this position are:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and compliant movement of materials and finished goods. 
  • Manage shipping schedules, carrier communication, and transportation documentation for domestic and international shipments. 
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements for storage, packaging, and distribution. 
  • Track and record all material movements, receipts, and shipments in ERP or warehouse management systems. 
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Quality, and Production teams to align material availability with production needs. 
  • Maintain traceability and documentation for all shipments, including bills of lading, COAs, and export paperwork. 
  • Support inventory control activities, including reconciliations, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations. 
  • Ensure temperature and environmental controls are monitored and maintained during transportation. 
  • Assist in logistics process improvements to optimize cost, efficiency, and compliance. 
  • Promote adherence to safety, data integrity, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) in all logistics operations.
