Machine Operator

Current Alamo Group employees must meet the following qualifications, prior to applying for open positions within their current company, another Unit Company or the Corporate Office.

· Must not have received documented disciplinary action within the past 6 months.

· Non Exempt Level Employees must have 6 months of service with Alamo Group; any promotions must have been held for 1 year.

· Exempt Level Employees must have 1 year of service with Alamo Group; any promotions must have been held for 1 year.

· Must inform supervisor or Human Resources of interest in applying for the position before an application is submitted.
