About You
You love Jesus. You love people. You lead with both conviction and care.
You see every interaction as an opportunity to serve, guide, and strengthen others, while also thinking at an organizational level. You bring clarity to complex and sensitive situations, provide wise counsel to leaders, and ensure employee relations are handled with consistency, integrity, and compassion. At the same time, you think strategically by building scalable processes, strengthening systems, and ensuring compliance in ways that support a growing ministry.
At the end of the day, you take ownership and follow through. You lead a team, partner closely with executive leadership, and ensure decisions are thoughtful, consistent, and mission aligned. Most importantly, you know this is more than a job. It is an opportunity to serve others and help advance a ministry that is making a life changing impact on students with the gospel.
