 Under the general supervision of the Team Leader and Director of Sports Medicine and the clinical supervision of individual physical therapists, the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides treatment according to a physical therapy plan of care. The PTA treats patients in accordance with the laws and rules that govern the practice of physical therapy in the state of Ohio.

: The PTA, Sports Medicine provides physical therapy interventions for a patient population comprised predominantly of active individuals with orthopedic conditions.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree in Healthcare or a related field. State of Ohio licensure as an physical therapy assistant. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
