The Difference You Will Make
This role as a Bartender is responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar within their assigned area. The environment requires strong multitasking abilities, as Bartenders must coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor. To ensure drink quality and accuracy, you will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, bar tools at your assigned work area.
What You’ll Bring:Â
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
TABC Certification where applicableÂ
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Â

Minimum Qualifications
At least two (2) years of previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting are required.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment, including a kitchen area.Â
Location and Travel: Â Â Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
