In this position, you will be a part of Far Back End and Sort Organization (FSO) Oregon Integration Team, covering both C4 and Sort. An Integration Engineer Technician will do manufacturing sustaining and project work for things like excursions as well continuous improvements. This position also supports pathfinding and development projects. And will work closely with people in the Yield Department as well as people in process modules. The person is expected to have strong technical skills, possess a solid knowledge of the C4 and Sort Process flow, be able to think critically, deal with ambiguous situations, work well across multiple teams and possess good communication skills. The candidate must be able to provide technical direction, have strong team skills, and have excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities: The FSO OR Integration CWW Engineering Technician role spans the following primary responsibilities: 1. Sustaining the C4 and Sort Factory floors with lot plan/operation/route/PFC edits, SIFs, process flow adjustments, SRS, wafer shipments, scraps, defect Dispo, and lot inspections. 2. Responding to and containing non-POR material in the fab and on the Sort floor. 3. Establishing relationships with on-shift technicians and assisting with non-standard event responses to identify and disposition discrepant material. 4. Establishing relationships with integration ETs across the VF 5. Assisting with automation related problems (MES300) 6. Performing basic data analyses (i.e. entity commonality, generating lot lists) 7. Working with Integration Engineers to gather data needed for lot disposition, including MIK inspections, and defect dispositioning. 8. Contacting Integration Engineers regarding issues as appropriate. 9. Effectively use and maintain web-based communication tools to pass down and share information across shifts. 10. Support process development activities. This position reports to the Integration/Metro Technician Manager, who reports to the Yield Department Manager. Relocation assistance is not provided. This position is for a compressed NIGHT shift only, (7:00pm to 7:30am). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a science, technology, math, engineering, or STEM discipline. OR Associate degree in a science, technology, math, engineering, or STEM discipline AND 2+ years related equip maintenance experience or related. OR Highschool diploma and a 3+ years technical certification in a technical field such as Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering technology, Computer Electronic Engineering Technology, or similar STEM discipline (candidate must possess the certification or expect to complete the required certification by employment start date). OR Highschool diploma and Military training in a technical field such as: electronics, mechanical, or similar technical field; at least 2+ years of hands-on experience. OR Highschool diploma and 2.5 years of experience with preventative semiconductor tools, wafer processing and troubleshooting technical problems. OR Highschool diploma and 2.5+ years of experience with equipment troubleshooting installation, qualification, repair, or operations in a semiconductor environment or manufacturing environment. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Coding experience, Data analysis experience, Module technical leader is strongly recommended.
