Westview Manor is looking for an energetic, dependable, and compassionate Activity Assistant to join our team!

Are you creative, outgoing, and someone who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others? We are looking for someone who can bring energy, fun, and positivity to our residents' days while providing meaningful activities and social opportunities.

What you'll be doing:
Leading games, trivia, cards, and group activities
Helping with crafts, special projects, and holiday events
Music, movies, exercise, and recreational activities
Assisting with outdoor activities and community outings
Spending one-on-one time with residents
Encouraging socialization, independence, and participation
Completing activity participation documentation
Bringing new and creative activity ideas to the team!

Because we serve individuals with mental health needs, we are looking for someone who is patient, understanding, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with a variety of personalities and behaviors.
